How we work

We listen first. Then we code.

Understanding your business comes before any code. Here is how a project with us runs, from your first message to life after launch.

The process

04 steps

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Listen

You get our honest first reading of the problem, in plain words.

A short call to understand your business: how orders, stock, customers and staff move today, and what takes your time. You talk, we ask questions. A voice note or a few lines on WhatsApp is enough to start.

  2. 02

    Decide

You get a written proposal with scope, stages, cost and timeline.

New system or ready-made tool? If a ready-made tool is enough, we'll say so. If it isn't, we plan what to build first, what can wait, and how it connects to the tools you already use.

  3. 03

    Build

You get working software at the end of every stage.

We build in stages, so you see progress as we go. Each stage ends with something that works and that you can try, so a wrong turn is caught early, not at the end.

Staff week calendar: bookings by service, breaks, a live time line, and the booking panel with deposit, reminders and visit history.
Upcoming visit: time, staff, directions and what to prepare, with one-tap reschedule or cancel.
  4. 04

    Stay

You get a team that knows the system, and an optional support plan.

Handover and training for your team. Then, if you want it, we host, update and fix what we built, and improve it as your business changes.

Our promise

No surprises at the end.

You'll know the scope, the stages, the cost and the timeline before we write a line of code.

Working with us

What to expect

The same on every project, from a one-page website to a system for the whole company.

  1. A plan before we start

One written proposal with the scope, the stages, the cost and the timeline, agreed before any work starts. If something needs to change later, we explain why and agree it with you first.

  2. Plain language

Every technical word explained, or removed. Updates are short messages you can read in a minute, and we work in English, Arabic and Turkish.

  3. Progress you can see

We build in stages and show you each one working, on your own phone or laptop. You try it, tell us what feels wrong, and we change it before the next stage.

Driver app: today's route with 9 of 18 stops done, the next stop on a map and the stops still to come

Delivery app: the driver's route, 9 of 18 stops done

  4. Support after launch

Optional plans for hosting, updates, backups and fixes, so your system keeps running while you focus on the business. Start one at launch, later, or not at all.

A tailor in his bright workshop records a voice message on his phone, explaining something with his free hand

A hand holds up a phone in a bright shop doorway: a chat with Qcoders, a first message, a voice note and a reply asking for a short call
Two business partners read a printed proposal at a table by the window, she points at a line with her pen
Hands typing on a laptop showing the booking system's staff calendar for the week
Morning in a bright pharmacy: a pharmacist checks stock on a tablet at the counter while a colleague fills the shelves behind him
