Getting started

04 questions

First questions

What does Qcoders do?

We build websites, online stores, mobile apps and business systems, and we connect them to the tools you already use. We also work on automation, AI assistants, design, dashboards, hosting, security and tech advice. You can see all 12 services on our services page.

Who do you work with? Is there a minimum project size?

Businesses of every type and size, from startups to large companies, anywhere in the world. There's no minimum project size: we work on small and large projects. What matters is the problem you want to solve, not the size of your company.

I'm not sure what I need. Can you still help?

Yes. You don't need to know the name of the service. Tell us what takes your time today, and we'll suggest what fits. If a ready-made tool is enough, we'll tell you before you spend money.

How do I start? Is the first call free?

Message us on WhatsApp at +90 552 257 90 00, email info@qcoders.com or use our contact form. A few lines about your business are enough. We reply with a few questions, then set up a short call to understand the problem. The first call is free, and you're under no obligation to continue. That call is the first of our four steps: listen, decide, build and stay. See how we work.

Cost and timeline

05 questions

How we work out cost and time

How much does a project cost?

It depends on what we build. A company website and a system for several branches are very different projects, so there is no single price. After a short call, we send a written proposal with the scope, stages and cost. You see the cost for the agreed scope in writing before any work starts.

Do you work on a fixed price or by the hour?

A fixed price for each stage, based on the scope we agree in writing. If you want something outside that scope, we give you a price for it before we start.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope. The written proposal includes a timeline for each stage. We build in stages, so you see progress as we go. If something may take longer than planned, we tell you early and explain why.

What affects the cost and timeline?

Mainly the scope: how many features and screens you need, how many types of users, and which tools we need to connect, such as payments, WhatsApp or accounting. Whether you need a website, a mobile app or both also matters. So does any data we need to move from your current files. We go through all of this with you on the first call.

What if we want to stop the project?

You can stop at the end of any stage. You pay only for the work done up to that point, and we hand that work over to you. Once the project is more than 30% complete, payments already made are not refundable.

Working together

05 questions

Online, from anywhere

Where are you based? Can you work with us wherever we are?

Qcoders is based in Turkey. We work online with businesses anywhere. Calls, messages, shared documents and progress reviews all happen online, so you can work with us from anywhere. We agree on meeting times that work for both sides.

What languages do you work in?

English, Arabic and Turkish. You can talk to us in whichever suits you best. Proposals and updates are written in plain language, with every technical word explained.

When can we reach you?

Any time. We're available 24/7, every day of the week. Message us on WhatsApp at +90 552 257 90 00 or email info@qcoders.com.

How do we stay in touch during the project?

On WhatsApp, email and calls, whichever suits you. We build in stages and show you each one, so you can see where the project stands. You can give feedback at every stage, not only at the end.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We're happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you share details about your business.

Technology

07 questions

What we build with

Which technologies do you use?

We choose tools based on what your project needs, not on trends. Tools we work with include Laravel, React, Next.js, TypeScript, Flutter, PostgreSQL, Docker and the OpenAI and Claude APIs. We design in Figma and host on AWS or DigitalOcean. Each project on our work page lists the tools behind it.

Do you build on WordPress or Shopify?

Yes, we build on both. We use them when a ready-made platform fits your project better than custom code.

Do you build and publish apps for Android and iPhone?

Yes. We often use Flutter, which lets us make the Android and iPhone apps from one set of code. We publish the app to the App Store and Google Play under your own developer accounts. But not every project needs an app. If a website that works well on phones is enough, we'll tell you.

Can you connect the tools we already use?

Usually, yes. Often you don't need to replace anything. We connect your website, sales, WhatsApp, payments and accounting, so data moves by itself and manual work drops. Before we connect anything, we check what your current tools allow.

Can you take over or fix a system someone else built?

Yes. First we review the code. Then we tell you honestly whether it's better to improve it or rebuild it.

What can an AI assistant do for our business?

It can answer common customer questions, search your company files and pull out what matters from documents. For example, our AI document assistant answers staff questions from company files and shows the page each answer came from. We use AI where it really helps, and we'll tell you where it doesn't.

How do you protect our data, and where is it stored?

We plan access by role, so each person sees only what they should. We host your data in a region you choose, and we work in line with GDPR, the EU's data protection rules. We help protect your data and your customers' data with backups, updates and security testing sized to your project. No system is completely safe, so we explain the risks and the steps we take in plain language.

After launch

05 questions

We stay after launch

What happens after launch?

We hand over the system and train your team to use it. After that, we can stay to host, update and improve it, if you want. Launch isn't the last line of code.

Who owns the code, the design and the accounts?

You do. After the final payment, the source code, design files and project accounts are yours, and we hand them over in full. Hosting, the domain and app store accounts are in your name, so you always keep control.

Is there a free fix period after launch?

Yes. For a period after launch, we fix bugs in what we built at no extra cost. The length of that period is agreed in each project's proposal. New features and changes are quoted separately.

Can you host and maintain the system for us?

Yes, if you want it. Our support after launch can cover hosting, deployment, backups, updates and fixes, so your system keeps running while you focus on the business. We offer support plans of different lengths, and the proposal lists what each one covers before you decide.

Can we add features later?

Yes. You can start with the part that takes most of your time and add more in later stages. We stay to run, secure and improve what we build, so the system can grow with your business.

Ownership

You own what we build.

After the final payment, the source code, design files and project accounts are yours, and we hand them over in full.
